Ackworth Jaguars U11s hit the gym to get ready for 2025 season

U11s hit the Train Station Gym

Last Friday, our Under-11s team attended a conditioning class at the Train Station gym in Pontefract, led by Lindsey. Despite it being their first experience in a gym setting, the team demonstrated remarkable effort and enthusiasm. We anticipate that with a few more sessions before the season commences in March, they will see significant benefits throughout the 2025 season.

Typically, our videos on Facebook and Instagram receive a modest number of shares and a few hundred views. However, the latest video has exceeded our usual metrics, going viral with over 4,100 views and nearly 30 shares on Facebook.
